The hotel is ideal for those who have very low expectations when it comes to location. The place is located in a bad area and the public transportation is difficult and unreliable. the buses are usually busy and crowded, with no place to seat. the hotel rooms are quite outdated, but the restaurant is somehow satisfactory.

The hotel lacks basic amenities like air conditioning and Wi-Fi, the staff is also unfriendly and not accommodating towards non-Italian speakers.

We also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle service, which made our journey hassle-free. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a well-stocked mini-bar, and an in-room safe for our valuables. The television and AM/FM alarm clock were a nice touch, allowing us to relax and stay entertained after a long day of exploring. The dining options were impressive, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a delicious buffet breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our dining experiences enjoyable.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and had a great time! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was friendly. The location was great - close to restaurants and shops, and also easy to get to other parts of town. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and really added to the festive atmosphere.

The breakfast could have been better. There were not many options and some of the food seemed stale.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the outskirts of Naples and had an amazing romantic escape. the staff was incredibly helpful and offered a complimentary shuttle service from the nearest station which was really convenient for us. the hotel was located in a serene environment with beautiful countryside views and a terrace perfect for relaxing. the room was clean, comfortable and had a good Wi-Fi connection. We found the onsite restaurant wonderful, with delicious and reasonably priced cuisine.

The area around the hotel was not ideal for walking around, and we had to rely on the shuttle service for transportation. We also found that the public transportation in the area was neither reliable nor frequent, and it took a long time to reach Naples city centre.
